I just heard from a friend of mine I made on the mission I served in Oregon. I heard from her for the first time in years, and she and her husband are so happy. We taught him in Oregon and I have often wondered how life was for them and what they were doing. They moved and got new numbers and we couldn't seem to get in touch with each other. Hearing from her yesterday made me so happy. She was so positive and talked about how even though there are still inconveniences in life, she was happy. I don't think I could have asked for better news. I love when people I love are truly happy. So, if you are happy, I am too. :)
In other news, it is Friday. God Bless Friday!!! And before work this morning, I made a delicious batch of Butterscotch & Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are all gone now, so that made me happy too.
